    In-Lobby Rules: #13: Be in PASSIVE MODE once you enter the drop lobby.
    #14: NEVER EVER start killing people/hitting cars in the lobby
    #15: Do NOT spend any cash in the lobby (Leave the session before buying anything)
    #16: Do NOT bank in the money you've gotten from drops, ever.
    #19: DO NOT run around stealing other people's cash, there's enough for everyone. (You're allowed to move, but stay away from other user's personal space.)
    #20 DO NOT add your friends who are NOT invited
