Banned for Marketplace Theft on Xbox after buying games from cdkeys
Hello I've been searching like crazy on Google about cdkeys stories and haven't been able to find anything relevant other than few negative experiences with them. I recently purchased few games from them as a Christmas present for my brother and I to play and everything worked fine until I logged in this morning to Xbox to be greeted with "Bye Gamertag" and a notice of suspension until year 9999 because of Marketplace Theft. I can't login to chat with support and my account is limited. All my 300 games not accisable only with the account I share with which is my brother. I went over to appeals and opened a case. Is there any way I could dispute these charges? I paid with PayPal using my CC. I'm desperate for help or any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you probably bought stolen games from a shady website, you won't able to get your account unbanned, Sorry to say but your games are lost, you'll need to start a new account. Next time avoid buying games from third party websites that have "cheap" xbox games

Everybody gave such a good review for CDkeys. Any chance of getting my money back from cdkeys? It was a transaction of $300 for 3 games.

He is probably in AUS, your best bet, @TehDrakeR is to contact your bank and let them know you didn't get the service you purchased.

The good deals are mostly for PC games lol. Most of their console ''deals'' are not even good.

I always buy from cdkeys never had a single problem!
Im not sure how you had this problem =/

I would screen capture the transactions from cdkeys account and the email you got from them, show them to xbox (i dont use xbox im not sure how their customer support works)

I once bought world of Warcraft CD key from g2a and it did not work, went to b.net live chat support, they asked for screen shots of purchase.
Showed them everything and they added the game to my b.net
