    No such thing as a bitcoin PayPal card. So I will assume you mean PayPal prepaid cards or visa cards

    You can do this on Paxful. Be careful when using it. You buy from regular users

    Yes. But all bitcoins cards is for US/EU/Rus and required ID confirmation. I'm just looking for worldwide one (or anonymous). Or even a way to get one US/EU too.

    You can simply use the MPGH marketplace to convert your bitcoin into PayPal. Then you can can send that money where ever you want (to your own bank account)
