It works most of the time, but when it is down it is a hassle to some sellers on this forum. They want more improvements like notifications, grouping, etc, etc..

Ah alright, so they are basically going to reinvent the wheel.
I also have a suggestion, let's add voice and video calls, and change the logo to a blue "S". You should also hit up Microsoft for further funding, maybe they'll buy IM.

I was thinking the same! But check this out, what IF they ALSO made it a standalone program??!! As in users download it and it keeps on running even when they're not browsing MPGH, it also stays there in the background all the time! Oh and if, maybe, and I mean MAYBE, by any chance they also make a smartphone app for that then, well, let me tell you, we've got it going for real!

IM is not working at all. I've clean my cookies and deleted everything and still lags. I can't open 10 IM tabs because it's going to lag like hell and same happens with 1 tab. Also IM makes google chrome crash too

The new system is designed to eliminate scamming issues. Although the implementation could have been better, it is still a good feature.

I understand that's a valid point however let me reiterate and say that the move from other IM services to chat was a bit premature and that still doesn't address the fairness of fundraising from the community to fix the chat because it wasn't fit for purpose.
