lol, it's actually quite satisfying to see Intel losing shares and money. Decades of greedy business practices finally coming up to bite them in the ass. So I'd always choose AMD. Always have always will.
Intel is better but AMD probably better for the price.

AMD is really good if you don't want your budget to get rekt.
For price to raw performance you can't beat AMD. quality has many factors. Many programs are optimized for intel cpus and the vast majority of the world uses intel cpus. So if you want "quality" in the sense of better support and optimization intel has higher "quality".
I stay with intel simply more confidence

i think intel is better for gaming and amd is better for workstations but intel is charging an arm and a leg for their cpu's
AMD is budget friendly and it pumps
I will vote for AMD. It's cheaper and the performance is catching up.

Intel for Quality, haha, let's not forget: Meltdown, Spectre or the latest one ZombieLoad

People, they are both companies that are able to make sillicium CPUs that last for over 100 years, when used in condition as described in the datasheet (temperature limits for example). They probably will last longer than your life, unless you start overclocking them with liquid nitrogen.

They're pretty level these days, but intel for me are always the best.. AMD is much cheaper but in my opinion it won't ever rival the power of intel.
I am going for a 3900x next week so I am going to be AMD fan
Tbh I am upgrading from G4560 and never had any issue with it.
Intel i use but amd for the price
