Does not seem to be working for me as of Oct. 5, 2019. I am at the Quartermaster menu, I open the program and enter any given code and there is no response in the game.

Edit Oct. 6, 2019:
It seems I was mistaken in the comment above. One merely has to click on the new box that pops up title "New Rig Hack" in the Quartermaster, after inputting the code. Hope this helps anyone else who reads this who may have been unclear on the language in the original post. Immense gratitude to the OP.
