Want someone to make you a mod? But you can't because you fail?
Well here's what you have too do.

Step one:
Make a thread in this section and in this section only.

Step two:
Request your mod in this format:

LOBBY CHANGING

What you want modded (in the lobby):
Custom Texture/Render you want there:

MAP MODDING

Map you want to edit:

Rate of Fire MODDING

What you gun you want modded:
Name of gun that you want it to be compared to:

If the requested mod is already posted or you have made the requested one:
Give them the link to the thread you or someone else made
