Why MW2 Hacks Dont Work For Me?!

I downloaded House Black Edition but when im ingame and enabled some hacks nothing come up or work. I got windows vista 32Bit and starting with admin rights. I got call of duty 6: mw2 with the IWnet emulator.

How to get the console up? When i try: ~ : or: Alt+Tab : It doesnt come up.

if you want to use hacks with the emulator, you need to use an hack that are created for v182.
