IM saying that I'm already connected

Hey, I've had this issue for the past few days, where I have to try connecting to IM for hours, until I'm finally able to.
Apparently I am shown as online during those periods of time- But from my side, I'm never really able to connect and it always says I'm offline.

Most of the time it does some visual glitches and tells me that I'm connected somewhere else, and to reconnect here. If I do try to reconnect 'here' the same thing just happens again.

The issue may be related to me having a ton of contacts but I'm not sure. I would just like to be able to use IM again honestly.

a while ago N3X4 reported same problem same as StrongCore i had N3X4 at my list he was online at my list but he couldn't get connected so they both asked Dave to clean all of their contacts and their problem was fixed .
since you got lots of order I think its best to make a thread or change your signature and ask your customer to add you again. they both had over 6000 contacts tho .

Am not selling accounts, my service takes around 4 weeks, so I cant simply delete everyone.

yeah, your service is different and it makes the customer think they got scammed if you remove them all

I'm sure you did try it with other browser and VPNs

best I can think of is let is stay in connected mode and don't touch it might load up.

I would keep my PC running 24/7 but sadly my IP changes every 24 hours and that disconnects me :I

I did try using my PC, my 2 laptos and my mac haha- Cleared cookies on all of them, used a VPN once- nothing works.

Just leaving it won't work, after around 30 minutes it disconnects and tells me "You are already connected somewhere else!
You may reconnect in the following 8 seconds...
" If I press reconnect here it tries again for a few times - After I do that for around 3 times it crashes and tells me to refresh the page.

this happens to me as well sometimes but get connected I don't have that many contacts.

Was finally able to connect a few minutes ago...
But yay, my IP will change in 5 hours so I'll have to do the connecting for another 2-3 hours after that.

hahaha glad to hear it worked better to clean some of the contacts while you have a chance
