Hello, I would like to appeal a ban for myself @StunnahJD. I have been banned for over 3 years for scamming users.

I honestly don't know why I did that in the first place. I am willing to contribute to the community to make up for my scummy behaviour.

For the scam reports where the OP aren't banned, you'll need to resolve those.

If they've been inactive for more than a month, a giveaway will need to be done.

Same story with those who have been banned. A giveaway will need to be done instead.

@stunnahjdd To make things a little easier for you here are a list of scam reports that needs to be resolved. Judging by your scamming spree there will be a long term blacklist on you. These three reports below are the ones that were not resolved. The rest were.

That is fine and understandable. The first two had gotten access to their steam accounts almost instantly. I don't remember the third guy and I cannot look at the thread but I will try to resolve it with him hopefully. Regardless I will own up to my wrong doings and try to make everything right, thank you for giving me a chance.

This user is scamming users. What can be referred to as digital snake oil, the modern day merchant is attempting to swindle your community. This is not in regards to all the items he is selling but only in regards to the ps4 accounts. The user charges 10$-30$ for accounts that have content on them for you to download and play. This is not the problem. The problem occurs when the user claims that upon purchase of these accounts and after downloading of the content you will have the content forever. So he is essentially selling software, but this is not the case.

Ps3 gamesharing does not work the same as the ps4. So while you can download content on ps3 and use it no matter what, once it was downloaded, this is not the case for ps4. The playstation 4 requires all content to be authorized before access. This authorization comes in one of two forms. The first form is account authorization, any game an account purchase can be played on any playstation 4 they log into, so basically you log in and you can play. The second form is console authorization, an account can set a primary console and this console can play any of this accounts games no matter whose account logs onto the console.

How this user scams people is he tells them he is selling them an account and once they download the content they will have access no matter what. But as many sources and sony themselves have claimed without authorization the games will be locked. This means the accounts you buy from this guy are not "lifetime warranty" per se. But this user claims lifetime access to the content provided. He is essentially selling netflix accounts to users while claiming what they watch will be saved and downloaded for you even after the original owner switches passwords. This is a swindle. There is absolutely no problem with charging 10-30$ for these accounts. The entirety of the problem comes when the user claims he is selling something he is not. He claims he is selling software when he is essentially selling non-permenant access.

Below I was gonna include a few links including official word on the subject from sony, discussions, and youtube videos all explaining how the claims this snake oil salesmen is making is not true; as well as ***** conversation of him lying. Unfortunately I keep getting an error saying I cannot post links so If you would like access to this information send me a pm and I can share it.


This user is swindling other users on the forums and the longer it goes on the more potential there is for fallout. It must be made clear that what he is selling is not permanent and if the original owner changes the password and deauthorizes your playstation all content bought will be lost. Also all these accounts are someone elses, which makes them most likely stolen. Isn't selling stolen accounts against the rules?

Unfortunately I have no proof of this as it was a long time ago however the owners of the account were able to easily recover it via steam support proving they were owners. And for the third one, I don't really understand what issue here is. I stated everything clearly on my sales thread that they were cracked accounts and was sure to copy and paste the risks of using these types of accounts to play games. I never claimed lifetime warranty on this service. As far as I know I provided the service to the customer. Many people sell PSN accounts and clearly state the risks taken when using these accounts. I'm not sure what I can do here to be honest.

The report was closed before he was able to provide what he was actually talking about due to your scam spree. We will have to wait for him to reply. As for the first two I am not sure how we will deal with so upper staff will decide what to do. Try to provide proof of either a email from steam support that the accounts were recovered back. If you do not then that is fine.

That is fine, as for the last two I don't have any proof of it but they were able to recover it back by proving they were the original owner of the accounts. They did this by providing their card details of any purchases made on that account.

No he did not reply on this thread. The most we can do is blacklist you for a while from the marketplace. Awaiting on upper staff decision.
