I found this out my self and have tested it for a while with no ban...was gonna keep it for my self but ya know

Step one
you need cheat engine and select EFT from the window list
Step Two
click on a bullet and search for the current value in the quantity of the ammo change it and there should be two values (also scan in 4byte)
Step Three bring the value back to one to make it cheap and click fill items and goto ce and change both values to wanted amount fore bullets i get 240
Step Four
After changing the amount in ce press deal and resale this also works with weapons and other items each vendor has there own current item value

Cheat Engine is used for a lot of hacks in video games; however, it's also easily detected. Hell, some games will ban you just for having opened Cheat Engine at some point since your last restart. I mostly use it for Single Player or games without cheat detection. There is a feature in Cheat Engine to make it more difficult to detect, but that's also not hard to detect lol.

cheat engine is insta ban from battleye unless you have battleye bypass somehow or you are using properly signed ring0 rwm module which isnt suspicious for be

you can use anything in emutarkov lel its not connected to anything and fully offline ...

I am not afraid of a ban. 4 bans make I only walk in Emu Tarkov city
I asked: "Does this work with Tarkov Emu ?"
But yes it works fine, I use and abuse it
