Stupid question regarding MCPE and WIN10 Minecraft

Okay since they are theoretically the same, but one is ported to win10, would it be possible to hack it by including a .js in a dll but converted to win10 minecraft? like changing the .android from a modmenu like hack for mcpe to .windows etc?

Im horrible at explaining this but i pretty much should look for values instead with cheat engine?

I was planning to create a dll based of a js and inject it but i doubt it would work. Anyways where should i start if i wanted to make a hack?
