Majestic releasing and leaking a partial ebook I worked on.

I want this thread deleted and Majestic to face the consequences for releasing an ebook i partnered and worked on with Raple.

He posted the thread here leaking the ebook to already multiple members.

On the original thread it is clearly posted that I partnered and worked with Raple on the ebook so he shouldn't be allowed to leak and release it since i am not banned. Yes raple is banned but i am not.

Here is the original post which clearly states Raple and I worked on it together. Its against the rules to post 2 threads for the same product so raple and I agreed to let him post and run the thread. But we worked on it together and split the profit from sales.

I feel @Majestic should face the consequences and the thread should be deleted. I understand the user was under the impression from Dave that it was alright to post it. But he has released it already sent to multiple users i'm sure of it. The thread should be deleted.

Thread deleted... shouldn't have been posted without double checking original thread to see if anyone else participated in the making of the eBook.

Using Dave as an excuse to post isn't going to give a pass either since he didn't check anything regarding the eBook thread. He just assumed only Raple made it and since Raple is banned, he approved of it.

@ @Majestic how many users have already received this eBook? Please note that lying will not help your case since I can request for a count from Dave.

I feel as the people leaked/sent to could have been potential sales or customer if i were to ever decide to bring the thread back and post it myself. At this point thats lost money really.

How can you not be 100%? you know who you sent it to just check your PM's. You cant be sure about who the others sent the ebook too but you can be sure how many you directly sent it too.

I just checked again and I am almost certain there are 7. Like I said, I can't be 100% sure because of how many contact I have.

tbf you know full well they wouldn't have bought it if you are selling. But I am no saying I am at no fault, I am incredibly sorry about this situation and I hope you can accept my apology

You don't know that man. If you leak something from a company and they come after you for damages that type of argument that "you know those people wouldn't have bought it" wouldn't hold up in court. You would have to pay the damages or settle.

That is true, but the so called "company" has closed so they do not possess the power to sue me for leaking.

P.S. Why haven't you re-opened the thread if you are gonna continue selling it.

I was told that it was Raple's ebook, nothing about Versa or any other owners. That's the only reason I approved it.

I understand it's my fault I did not have the knowledge of that and did not to mention it. I am deeply sorry for this. I hope we can end this dispute with Versa, I am sorry for the situation I had caused.

In my opinion he did still break the rules. It was clearly stated on the 2nd line of the thread I worked on it. Dave is not to blame here he clearly wasn't informed by Majestic who worked on the ebook. Even if it was a mistake you cant just claim you didn't know and all is good and since dave said it was okay you are in the clear. You still broke the rules. Its up to the mods to decide i guess how to proceed from here obviously. I'm still pretty upset about it tho because now its leaked to who knows how many people. Really appreciate you being an idiot and doing that. I would say the 1 month ban is justified in my opinion.

I understand it's my fault, but you gotta understand too that I didn't release this with the intention to harm you, but for the people on MPGH that will benefit from this. You might not know, but I am always trying to help people in the SE and marketplace section, so I thought this would help people out.

But you did cause some damage bud even if that wasnt your intention. You cant go hit someone elses car and then say sorry but that wasnt your intention to hit them and automatically its all okay man doesnt matter if you had the intention or not you made a mistake and I feel you should face the consequences and learn from your mistake.
