I have the 27inch version of this monitor, imo it's the best bang for buck. 165hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and 1440x2560 res all that for under $400. Legitimate beast, easily worth the money.

as far as i know gsync is just matching the monitors refresh rate to the fps you are getting (if the fps is in the gsync range)
since this is being done inside the module in the monitor this doesn't change anything for your stream as that isn't related to your monitor at all (unless you're streaming ps4, but then gysnc isn't of interest anyway)
also gsync itself doesn't reduce fps at all

If you're keen to look at alternative brands, there's AOC
They have great reviews, and are on the cheaper side, but provide pretty decent performance
Think of them as the OnePlus company of the monitor world
Just bought an electriq 24in 4k monitor. Very cheap and its... fine. Sound isn't great, but can't complain
I highly recommend AW2518HF, best display I've used so far
Really depends on what you are using it for.
For gaming, narrow your searches down to a 144Hz display for best games.
I use my monitor for music production and I like to see my entire timeline so I have an ultrawide 39" monitor
"
I have 2 Dell screens 1080p each. I upgraded to a i7-6700 and I think it goes up to 3800 x etc...Is that 4K? Those are expensive.
I would recommend samsung
3x aoc 27 inch I've found AOC to be the best monitor brand rn
Personally I am using just a flat screen tv, with hdmi cords.
