You can literally de-recompile the client and search for "QuestTeleport"

If you mean /tq as in /teleporttoquest
Shouldn't be possible. But if you want to test =>

1. Decompile the current up-to-date client using something like as3 sorcerer.

2. Open the decompiled project in something like IntelliJ.

3. Send a 'Teleport Packet' to the quest's objectID via a command. (/tq "id") =>

Teleport.objectId_ = objectID
Teleport.isRecon = false

4. If you are successful then Deca must be more of a disapointment than I had previously thought.

I initially wanted to use it for a private server rather then realm.

It works on UT Reborn/Valor client lol
