So basically i was banned for scamming they guy for 0.0024BTC and that is correct I didn't complete that order. I was not able to do it since i ended up jail for drug possesion. I would like to come back and refund the guy and give him 50% of his order for free.

Highly unlikely the user will come back on, but I'll give him a week from when I first mentioned the user before requiring a giveaway to be done.
