Free tools with RP modifiers are just instaban lol, recovery services are the best to do that (correct me if I'm wrong)

You're wrong, most of the time the menus you see posted are just galaxy pastes or any other paste so they would cause a ban. If made correctly or just using an RP loop you should be fine

i used kiddion's external menu for modding RP and got no ban so far, and i'm pretty sure i won't.

how to use:
1) join a solo lobby (actually it doesn't matter what kind of lobby you are in)
2) get out of an interior, otherwise it won't work
3) set rp multiplier to 100.0 or 200.0 (higher means faster)
4) have the never wanted option enabled
5) raise your wanted level to 1 every second (you can do it faster) and you should be getting +0.5/1 RP every time you give yourself a star.
6) do it until you have 120 RP.

this method should take about 3-5 minutes

For RP use a paid one that is reliable (look around for reviews) and recommend not going over level 250.
