Can i hack a Text based Webgame?

Hi, I am currently signed up to a website called Underworldgangsters.com

Now, I have played this for many years and have never figured out if there is any way to hack/cheat it. it holds values like Money, points, bullets. If i could up any of these that would be a massive help. The best to up would be points however if not money then bullets. I would love for someone who knows about website hacking/ webgames hacking.

I use hacking lightly i mean generally changing values or whatever.

It also has a roulette and some casino games. If its not possible to do the above is there a way maybe that you can figure out what will come up next? because im sure it will be like a pattern? like repeat or something??
