Always go for PC if you know you will never take it around... Build your own with your own specs, its cheaper than buying one pre-built...

Mid range PC for sure. Hell you could even wait for specials and get both a good PC and an Xbox or PS4, no reason to just pick on or the other unless your thinking ultra low budget.

Gaming laptops are too expensive you can build a decent pc for cheap with deals and upgrade it in the future when you have more money. A Gtx 1060 is only $200 and will run most games at 1080p 60+ on max so if you're not trying to spend much and have a 1080p monitor that would be a good gpu for you.
