I did it. Not sure if it's bannable but Im trying it on my alt and it works. Graphics just looks ugly now though lol

Seems like yeah, I can't find the Nvidia Inspector 2.1.2.0, it's always a fake title with inside the 2.1.3.0 or 1.9.7.8
