he bought on a site which offers much cheaper prices than buying coins in the origin store by changing region, they obv. use stolen CCs thats why he got banned NOT for region change.

You wont get banned for changing the region, I could not find anything in the German TOS of Origin which states you are not allowed to change region or buy in another region. There are peeps on reddit talking about its against the TOS but have 0% proof, so I checked myself and found nothing.

try another region like india or thailand, try to find a private vpn, add cc before payment and before you are connected to the vpn

Been using Prepaid Credit Cards that I get via gas stations so no risks using those over vpns and has been working without a problem. Bought a bunch last month and this month. Been using mostly Australia since that adds up nicely for me since those prepaid cards have certain limits.

Also I would not recommend using PayPal since they usually lock up your account or error you out if you use your account from a different country/not the same as the creation country.
