Carded means it was purchased using a stolen credit card. The original owner will most likely chargeback and you usually lose your purchase and account sometimes.

Not trying to sales thrash, but most sites offering the credits at 50%+ off are more than likely using stolen cards. I've asked them on live chat if they were using stolen cards to sell them and they replied with "maybe". Using a vpn and purchasing yields a couple of dollars of savings, but definitely not like 50%+ savings. GL OP tho.
