Need Refunder to Fix Failed APPLE/Do new store that sells iPhones

Used a great refunder for an Apple order for an iPhone XS Max and received the email saying that they were processing my refund. A week went buy and nothing showed up in my account and my refunder contacted me saying that it was approved but then ended up getting denied. Does anyone know of someone who could possibly attempt to fix it? May just have to return it but wanted to see if it was possible. Also if anyone could do an iPhone from a different store add me and let me know because I would still like to try it from a different store if possible

They don't get blocked, just make sure you dont use a apple id that you use daily i would make a new one to just download apps

Only way to fix this is to dispute the charge via your bank.
