I have problem because can not found my new password after I do request. I can not login in my account.

2nd problem is my thread is closed and not opened. Please urgently resolve this so I can login back to my account.

I don't know what is problem, but I only need my password so can login in my account. I can sent you proof from my outlook email, so you can see I am here on this email, not try hack account or something, simple I not received 2nd email for login details with new password after I click "forgot pass". This is very non professional from MPGH forum, I am here from 2016, and my thread have about 70 000 views, and now I can not login in my account. Let me know which proofs I need sent you on IM, so my account can be recovered. Please check our case URGENTLY again and let me know.
