Same for me, can't IM anyone else, nor do I see the button of IM anywhere anymore.
I have tried microsoft edge, firefox and chrome, none of which worked.

IMs aren't showing up for me in both Chrome and Firefox. Any idea?

It's running just fine right now for me. What antivirus are you using? I noticed earlier that ESET is blocking the URL for IM. I had to add it as an exemption.
