I spoke to Melodia about this and she allowed me to post this here (even though it's partly about an external link).

So, LobbyTracker is a tool by SuperNovaAO that you could see as a serverbrowser for MW2 games with Mods (or just run by VAC Chaos so people that got banned can still play (which the SteamSupport actually already promises for all other games deploying VAC2)).

The tool associated with this is only necessary if you are the Host of games and you would like to give people an easy way of joining your game without the need of them having you on the friendslist.

Tutorial

For Hosts

1. Download the attachment
2. Download VAC Chaos
3. Download the ModLoader
4. Download a mod you like
5. Configure VAC Chaos and the ModLoader
6. Go to https://www.itsha*****m/LobbyTracker/register.php and make an account
7. Run the LobbyTracker.exe
8. Login and let the tool run in the background. As soon as it detects you being in a lobby where you are the host you will appear on the global lobby list.

For Clients (NO tools needed, not bannable at all)

1. Go to: https://www.itsha*****m/LobbyTracker/
2. Pick a server you like
3. Click on the username at the end of the row to connect. This may fail in IE. Take a decent browser, kthxbai.

5. (If it fails in every browser for you, you can just connect by typing this in the addressbar of your browser: steam://joinlobby/10190/LOBBYID where you replace LOBBYID by the long number left of the connect link)

Its not work for me. After Mw2 Start he have no activity its say: Ready! Mod Name: Empty

Hi, so at first, after I clicked at the hyperlink on the right, I thought I had to choose iw4mp.exe as the selection.. Then it didn't work so I knew that I had to choose "steam"

So while I was about to double click on "steam" tried to right click the iw4mp.exe and somehow remove it...

Unfortunately, I had checked the "save my preference" button and the right clicks acted like a left click...

Now I'm stuck with lobbytracker constantly choosing iw4mp.exe and giving me the "cannot find localization.txt" BS

Can anyone help me???

since this is a problem with your config I searched for it on the Steamforums and they had this to say:

@="\"C:\\Program Files\\Steam\\Steam.exe\" \"%1\""

Where it says Steam.exe in the last line you probably have the path to iw4mp.exe
just change that, restart Firefox and try again.
