Need help with rcon of black ops 2 and c# code

Hi, this is my first thread in this forum and the reazon for im here so....

Im bulding an anticheat system using c# on server side but i need a way to get server control and that is rcon. The game im trying to protect is obvously black ops 2 but have no idea of what send through rcon connection to get a response to parse. Some idea?
