Does anyone have heat hives?

hey guys,
last year i just found out i got heat hives which is hives u get when u stop sweating and ur skin heats up. Was wondering if anyone else had that health issue and what they did to overcome it. it really sucks because i can rarely go outside in the hot weather and the itch is the worst. :C

If you live in a hot climate or like to exercise, it can be hard to stay away from the heat that causes these hives.

These antihistamines, used to treat allergies, may help control them:

Cetirizine (Zyrtec)
Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
Hydroxyzine (Atarax, Vistaril)
Fexofenadine (Allegra)
Loratadine (Alavert, Claritin)
