I get no option for the chat at all anymore, I've used different browsers, cleared everything, the only way I have gotten it to work in on a virtual machine.

Quit using whatever anti-virus you are using. It's clearly trash.

I hate it when they add their own CA's and then don't trust Let's Encrypt.

Same here, IM button has disappeared and changing browsers isn't the remedy.

Uhh.. weird i cant see the chat now button on the bottom left corner of my screen at all, disabled my antivirus as well and still not working :/

I was talking to a seller and midway through the process it said i had been disconnected, i refreshed the page and it was gone, never to be seen again. if its down we should get a status or a notification, if its not can I get help getting it back

i think it was probably gone down for a bit a few hours ago. should be up and fine now
