whenever MPGH tries to get anything birdiecdn, it just gives me "SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG"
my ISP's security firewall is on low but I don't see why that should be needed in the first place for a IM chat?

Who else can explain how to use IM. I click on the IM icon under the user's avatar but nothing happens, only the inscription at the bottom of the screen "javascript". Javascript accepted in browser. Do I need to download and install it, or what?
