I have a question.Im using modern warfare 2 alteriw crack and i wanna make my own server where ppl and can play on and my friends and stuff how do i do that. like instead of a private server a public one where ppl can join. but not from steam

you can host it just fine off of your ip but if you get over 5k people it might become a problem, also what they have released isnt the newest copy and is bound to have bugs and if i were them i would hide a bit of code that is able to be exploited and release it to people so if anyone tried to make their own alteriwnet bigger then theirs they could shut it down but that might just be me being paranoid....

Yeah if u change it back to that you'll go back into their server.
Changing servers is easy.
Hard part is Creating a Emu server.

You know, there were these dudes, col7.net who thought they'd make their own IWNet server and rip off our project.

They're not doing very good now.

Also, to add, this isn't a threat or anything. It's just that you can't handle that many players at once, not with your Fascist connections. I used Fiber optic to host the server on my own computer for 3 weeks, it beat the shit out of my LAN card.

Anyone who can run that binary can run their own public server, but tell me, is it really worth it to run a public server to compete with alterIWNet?
