My apologies in advance, but it seems like I am still unable to access my account.

Would it be possible to add my current IP to the list of trusted IPs for my account? I can prove I'm Josh/Wassabi? if you'd like.



Even without 2FA I can't get past this screen. I no longer have my recovery code and if it's at all possible to generate a new one (I downloaded the Authy app this time around), would I be able to do that instead?

You should not be getting that screen if you no longer have 2FA. There's no way for us to alter IP allowable by 2FA but again, you don't have it enable, so it shouldn't even be a thing. Have you tried a different browser? Deleted cache/cookies, etc? Do it again, even if you have, and try once more.

Problem solved - Just tried logging in a week later after deleted browsing data/cookies and it works now. Thank you very much, Liz.
