Not really much of a difference since AQ2D will be using PTR servers as the base so anyone who went there before it was taken down will know what the new experience will be like.

Also AQ2D as a name sucks balls.

Simple Answer: No
The Mobile and Pc are 2 different platforms. Using Webgl and Unity there will most likely be bots for mobile. Just depends on who makes what.
