considering there are no free fortnite hacks avaiable this should also show as to how good the anti cheat is in general

Technically you could use the custom skin method (Google it) and change every single skin in fortnite to a bright color that you can easily spot. That would be the best way to do it without being instantly banned. You would just need to verify your game files as in restore the original ones before every update to avoid ban.
