if by new client you men the unity update then kinda, the hax will probably be gone for a couple of weeks but will probably come back pretty quickly
and yes deca knows about the hax ,but they cant really do anything about it (if they do they loose a significant portion of there player base)

I cant answer your first question, but I can say that of course they know about the hacks like.. of course lmao. They even stole things from hacked clients like the click 1,2,3-8 button from inv.
