Thread: Original Thread for my service was deleted.

In 2015 I was banned for "Scamming" another user out of $20, It was in regards to the refund on a double dip I did.
The user was told to click on the automated refund button, but did so too long after I requested him to do so (He also leaked a valuable method I gave him for doing me a favour.). I could have easily rectified the situation by calling the large ecommerce company and getting refund processed on the spot, but I didn't as I was handling more orders than I could cope with and burnt out.

I was young and egotiscle. Looking back, I did not provide the level of customer service that I now believe in. I will happily rectify the situation by giving @trulyfree $20 / doing a $20 giveaway (On this account) to redeem myself.

I was also labeled a scammer on one of my threads, I fuflfilled every order I got. All of the orders were from previous refund customers (Who I've done multiple refunds for.).

I only use the forums to buy the odd thing, I didn't even know mpgh had a disputes section nor was I bothered enough to look into it. I never think about the old account as it has been 4 years, but it didn't seem right to leave it on such a bad note. I once again apologize for being lazy.

Provide the refund and your ban will be lifted. However, a longer than usual blacklist will be placed on your account since you were bypassing the rules. If you're found doing anything in the marketplace while blacklisted, all of your accounts will be banned.

His last activity was 4 months ago, I'm also not very active on mpgh. I did complete the service for him. (Refund was setup on the notes, so they would instantly refund him with no effort at all.) ~ Should I just do a $20 giveaway?

Since he's been inactive for a long period of time, make a giveaway for the equivalent amount. A winner will be picked after 3 days, and then once they confirm receiving it your ban will be lifted.

Thanks for cooperating. Your ban has been lifted and your account will be placed on a 2 month blacklist. For this period, you cannot participate in the marketplace at all. If you are found doing so, you will be permanently banned.
