You may or may not have heard of IBS (Irritatable bowel syndrome), you may even have it without knowing.
It is a thing where you would get bloated, have alot more gas than others and you'd react bad to certain types of food.

Now I've always been the kind of person to not worry about anything I eat, no allergies, no diseases, ..
Suddenly though, 2 months ago, my body developed some kind of resistance against coffee.

I'm not kidding. I used to drink 4 cups of coffee a day (I train 3x a day so it compensated) and I'd not be bothered.
Now, I smell coffee and I can't even tense my abdomen anymore.

Other people react differently, they might have a reaction like that to potatoes, bread, broccoli, you name it. Pretty much anything.

Yesterday I was quite worried considering I could barely breath (stress on the diaphragma) and visited ER. After a blood test and an echo it turns out I'm a pussy and about 40% of the world suffers from this condition.

Imagine that: 40% of the population has a bowel syndrome that can't be treated or hasn't even been properly identified yet.

It sounds like you might be lactose intolerant. As you get older, it's not uncommon to develop this.

I got IBS. It's not fun, at all.

I can't eat too much pasta. If I do - the results aren't pretty.
Same for any food that contains dairy; they worsen my symptoms. No, I am not lactose intolerant. Lactose does worsen IBS symptoms though.


I used to drink 5 glasses of milk a day, but I had to stop. Poor me, I love milk so much and must eliminate it from my life.

Not sure if that's it, but man do I have a pussy ass stomach. Regular bread is fine, but one with too much yeast would upset my stomach so bad.
I am not intolerant to milk or eggs, but at one point in my life I had them so frequently that I would no longer stand an egg in my mouth or else I would get a nasty stomach ache. Even now as I think of milk (the one dense with oils and cream), my throat reacts on its own like a gag reflex.

Packaged products like instant coffee and alike also are a big no.
