turn off virus protection, it's a false-positive which is usually the case with any uncommon file with an unknown signature that has the ability to modify a process/inject

i cant open it, its says something "unexpected error has occurred please turn off antivirus, run as admin/ restart pc and try again" but ive done all of them multiple times and not sure of a fix. could you tell me a fix?

for those unable to download, do these steps that helped me.
1) Create a folder on your desktop (whatever the name)
2) White list this folder on your anti-virus software
3) right click the download link > Save as
4) Select to save the file onto the folder u made on step 1.
