Does PayPal ignore disputes intentionally? because there was a dispute (Some guy trying to scam me on eBay) opened against my account and I was in vacation to respond to it, it's been like 2 months under PayPal review, when I open the dispute page it says that there isn't enough funds to cover it, I added money to my account and the problem still persists also when I contact PayPal through email I get no response.
Help would be appreciated!

I mean , paypal is pretty retarded anyways.. U can try calling them but when i did they just replied with some stupid shit and it was like i was talking to a bot and not a human being.. Even though the guy was sayin some stupid shit occasionaly.

dispute lol,i got account froze while i was moving house.They asked me for id,sent it,got an email which said that they refused my appeal and my account is locked for 180 days for i'm a risk it will then be shut.Seems my paypal days are over or will buying an account on here fix that? lol sorry for jumping in on post but just wondering
Disputes seem to take forever with my experience selling on eBay they take money out of my account right away.
Until I prove tracking and signatures on delivery still take safew weeks.
Tbh your better off resolving the conflict before they open claim cus could be trouble down the road possible limitation shit happen to me.
Gotta eat loss regardless of real or fake or just buy another acc

PayPal is awful, I mean, yea, its quick and simple, but they can F things up for you for NO reason, they can freeze your money for no reason, they can lock your account and things like that.
i have had issues with a dispute for a faulty item that i received which was over 1k i contacted the seller but they ignored me so i opened a dispute i uploaded everything did links to youtube of videos i had taken of the fault and it was on dispute for about a month so i ended up calling them which moved it along a little bit then it got stuck again so i had to keep calling them i ended up getting a refund and returning the item but it was a lot of hassle and i was worried i was going to end up with a fault item and out of pocket. so my advise would be to call them and speak to someone about it.
if u dont have tracking information then ur dispute will stay in hold
because paypal only cares about seller who has legit tracking info
