Protip: every slide in the video lasts 15 seconds, so feel free to skip steps you already know.
I have used this myself and made a video of it so others can use it aswell.
It takes around 20-30 minutes to do 0-25 on prestige 0.

My tips: use windowed, lowest settings (best performance), tab out, have it running. After wave 75, reload the map, quickest farm.
Without using cheat engine, this takes 50 times longer, so make sure you use it...
