    Thumbs down I can't connect to IM

    When I click blue button "Chat", it says connecting, then reconnecting, then already connected or to refresh page and I can't connect.

    I had this problem as well with bad VPN connections if you are on a VPN try a different server.

    There were some issues recently with IM being down, but it's been pretty stable lately. If IM is still not showing up for you, your antivirus might be blocking it. Follow the instructions in this thread to fix that.
