Even if you change the disk, you need to remove all the disks that are plugged into your computer before you can play, i mean the ones when you got banned.
after that i recommend changing your macadress and reinstall your windows incase it messsed with your registries. there are free macadress changers out there.
This should bypass the hardware id ban permanently, I wouldn't trust hwid spoofers on your new main account since they get detected often.

The easiest way to get around your first hwid ban in any game protected by EAC is to change your HDDs/SSDs, that is a temporary solution as once re-checked they will ban you for evasion (only in dbd). There's a catch tho! Sometimes it won't work changing only that and you could waste a ton of money and still get banned in less than 10 mins of playing, however usually the FIRST ban you get on a NEW PC (where you have never been banned before or never tried to evade their hwid ban) relies on HDD/SSD

Using MAC changer tools from the internet..., i don't think it will help you at all but don't trust me on this
