Hi guys. If any of you remember, a while ago I made a thread about your skincare to get more information.
I've been working on it lately and my skin has improved drastically.
I'm not the kind that has sensitive skin but once your skin gets on the bad side, it stays there until you get it out. If your skin has been taken care of for a while, it'll be harder to get it back into that bad side.
So without further ado's, here is my working skincare:
1. Wash your hands with soap.
2. Wash your face with lukewarm water and a face cleanser not shampoo or shower gel(I use clearasil daily hydrablast 3 in 1 in this case (1)).
3. 1-3 times per week (depending on your skin) use an exfoliator. Either a scrub or a manual one. I have this one laying around so using it until it's gone: 2
3. Wash your face again without product and dry it off with a CLEAN towel that hasn't been used and doesn't have dust or small pieces of cloth that are coming off of the towel. You want to dap the towel on your face, don't rub it.
4. Once your face is dry, use a tonic (3) meant for your face. Don't use tonic milk, just a neutral face tonic. Put it on a cotton ball or cotton pad and dap it everywhere on your face.
Don't wash it off, simply pat it dry on your face with your towel.
5. Once the cleaning process is done, you want to put on a good moisturiser. If you don't do this your skin will slowly break off and you'll have a serious breakout.
So my preference in this case is natural products. I went and bought pure raw shea butter.
It's what Africans use for their hair and body, it's an amazing product.
You can just apply it straight to your face, body and hair.
I do so aswell, I apply it on my face (with clean hands ofcourse) and my body after wards. If I have any stretch marks etc. I'll rub it in. It actually helps to reduce the stretch marks.
If you feel like you've put on too much on your face (it can do no harm but it'll be shiny and it feels funny) you can use a clean tissue and just dap it on your face to let it absorb the butter.
You can find shea butter everywhere. Just make sure it's raw and 100% pure. Sometimes they're processed and this is no good.
You can also search great mixtures on youtube and create your own whipped cream for your face. I might try this later.
The good thing about the butter is it has alot of properties so it can also be used as a shaving cream, after shave and it brings inflammation down. So your chances of ingrown hair or razor bumps are also dramatically decreased.

I hope you'll learn something from this and apply it to your life aswell. If you're young (14-18y) and having skin issues, give it a go and save yourself the many embarassing moments I had in those years. If you're older and never tried anything before, this is the right way. Save your skin buds.
You'll be ugly and fat but atleast you'll have clean skin.

You forgot sunscreen the most important thing. If you're using all these face products and most of them say don't go in direct sunlight after, you likely need sunscreen at the end of your routine even if you're dark skinned.
Think you meant dab, not dap @Snake
Don't remember the last time I washed my hands x)
I am not a middleman nor do I buy/sell anything. If you are being contacted by someone off-site from MPGH then it's not me! Please report these to me via PM. Don't be stupid, think first.
thats a hella skin routine for a male
Yes, you're right about that. I'll have to look into it. Do you use sunscreen and if so, how do you apply it? @Scytedelic is it okay or is it pristine?
@Joe You're right.. It's dab. Just googled dap: https://prnt.sc/nzanke
If you use makeup, then sunscreen right before makeup. If you don't then sunscreen should be the very last thing you apply before you head out. Anything with SPF 30+ and that is light and comfortable for your skin is good enough. Asian sunscreens are usually the best because asian people are really fair and they really care about their skin so they know what to use.
Proof or it doesn't help
