It doesn't work that way. You have to first replace the accounts and then you get unbanned. If he doesn't end up replying soon then you will have to make a giveaway for the thing you were supposed to give to him.

Regarding @nowtoe who is awaiting a replacement,you have to replace him as well if he is your customer before getting unbanned. I assume there are many people waiting for replacements.
@nowtoe Provide proof of purchase,screenshot your whole im chat conversation with StrongCore.

Don't have access to the IMs thats the thing. I don't see his contact listed and it doesn't pop up when I search for his name in my contacts

Alright so it took a while to be online at the same time as @StrongCoreBACCK but when I finally caught him he got my alldebrid account replaced in a minute. So that's a +1 for the warranties count.
