CIV 5 Tournament/Game Night For Real

It's almost summer break time for everyone, in just a few more weeks. So there should be some more activity and generally more free time for people around here soon. Haven't had real game nights in a long time, and new games aren't necessarily inviting to that either. For example if you look at Apex Legends, you can only play with 3 people together.

So to keep things simple, casual, and a bit of a classic, I was wondering if anyone would be interested if we put something together for Civilization 5? A lot of people can play together, and it's easy to alt + tab out of if necessary. Either some kind of large tournament or just some people that might want to play together on a coming Saturday/Sunday.

Let me know what you guys think, I think it could be simple and fun to execute. Also civ 6 is trash so it has to be 5.

Yeah early last year my friends introduced it to me and we played a shit ton for a bit too, but then we got busy and stopped again. But I always found it fun to play with other people, can be pretty exciting and interesting.

Yeah i remember the last MC server that was made by mpgh and it was nice in the first week or so but afterwards it was rather dead and noone played anymore
