Can I buy a new account on BO4 after being banned? (Battle.net)

I was banned on Black Ops 4 for buying a dark matter unlock. Can I create a new account and buy BO4 again and play it? Or will I need a vpn or sum shit

You need to reinstall windows and don't buy any rank/camo shit it'll all lead to a manual ban from getting flagged takes a treyarch employee 2 seconds to see you cheated.

I recently reset my Windows but i've logged onto the Battle.net account that I have the game on, does that matter?

if it's a fresh install of windows and black ops 4 you should be fine logging into your battle.net won't do anything if all traces were cleared from a complete reinstall of windows(with remove all files to be sure you got them all). If you clicked play black ops 4 on your banned battle.net account you'll be banned again though

If you've not played it before you should be fine but if you want to be 100% sure just reinstall windows and never hit the play/download button on your banned account
