    Mule dump creator

    Hi, so I was wondering if there are any programs that allow easy mule creation, as all the ones on this forum seem to be outdated and or not work.

    Only one we have open is Marceliino's which I believe doesn't work as well as it used to due to some blocks by Deca/previous owner
