I bought a Package A account from the seller, and the account came with everything described.

The US Paypal Account is fully verified with the bank account, VCC Linked and verified with the Google Voice phone number. The credentials for the Gmail/Google Voice account that was used to register the Paypal account was provided as well. I was able to change the password for both the Gmail and Paypal account after receiving it.

The seller has been very helpful in answering my questions and assisted me in sorting out the Gmail issue below when I tried to log into the e-mail from my side.
