Did you try to disable your antivirus and windows defender? I also hope you clicked 'yes' on the popup.

I dont have any antivirus I just disabled windows defender because it would delete the executable.

That would get you banned really quickly, as the devs keep multiple copies of your save. Comparing two completely different copies is an easy task for them.

Yes you can. Save editing is a high risk of getting banned which is why I listed certain things not to modify. Even then there is a chance as I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed that the devs keep multiple copies of your save. So if you get reported, they can see that you've modified your save which leads to a ban. Basically why it's recommended to not modify that much.
