Mostly will depend on the refunders experience, they won't say they can do to a location they haven't done before usually. Or some may fail to certain locations.
Wondering why 2 or more refunders have the same store list, but limitations as to where they are able to do a refund? e.g. One refunder can do J. Crew for both US and Canada, while the other can only do US.

Whatever the last two people said lol
Not everyone can refund the same amount of the same store
Some countries take a while longer so I guess he doesn't want to go through that hassle.
Some countries are easier. For most stores, I think US is easiest refunds so some deal with only US for easier money with instant DNA/Partial refunds.
Interesting. I was under the impression that everyone was using the same methods, but I guess that's not the case. What can I use to distinguish between great refunders, and ones who will mess it up? I sometimes see single post accounts mentioning praise for particular users, and that always seems questionable.
Then I've had what seemed to be a great refunder unable to do a refund, and essentially ruin my chance at a high value item.
So really, how do you find the folks who can refund the higher amounts from the relevant stores I'm looking at, without ruining a good chance at a store?
The methods are all the same. They all come down to did not arrive or missing item in the box. But some refunders say details which make them sound more reliable and get the refund straight away, but, I think this is rare.
Finding a good refunder is like a lottery. Find someone who has positive reviews for the store you need and also contact them to make sure they can do it. If they fail, it's most likely something to do with your acount. Either you've refunded before or the courier recognizes the address and refuse the refund, etc. The refunder always uses the same method, so if it fails, the fault is not all his, but still sucks to fail because your chances of getting another refund drastically lower.
dependent on country because consumer laws are diff that each comp needs to abide to
Like others said depends on the experience of the refunder, but also the country. Some countries may take more time than others / be riskier and the refunder may not want to deal with that
